You may request the closure of your winpka account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. winpka may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts after this period.
